Viliv S5 offical web releas Virus !!!!???

As I tryin to download S5 software via Viliv offical web today,NOD32 reports VIRUS!!
File name"S5 Bluesoleil 5.4.256.0"
anyone notice that?
Then I found some early rumor,another case:

I just wondering if there's a decent explanation.
