The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (including all eligibility and participation criteria herein, “Participant”). Employees, and directors, together with members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in their same households, of Microsoft and its subsidiaries and equity affiliates and independent contractors supporting the Promotion, including the Promotion Administrator and its parent, subsidiaries and equity affiliates, and any advertising and promotion agencies of any of the foregoing entities are ineligible to enter and participate in the Promotion or be awarded and retain any Promotion Prizes. All registration information and participation-related submissions shall be deemed collected, judged and/or verified in the United States. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. |
