【求助】：slim硬盘托架62P4554+硬盘HITACHI（5400/80G）安装后出现这个错误

放上新硬盘，插入机器。我的电脑右键-存储-磁盘管理-初始化
然后用PowerQuest PatitionMagic 8.0给这第二块硬盘分了三个区。我的电脑下显示盘符，硬盘可以用了，正常。又用PowerQuest给老硬盘一个分区调整了一下容量和格式。

重启后打开PowerQuest开始界面有如下错误提示：
“Disk 2(76316MB 10337c 240h 63s) appears to have partitions created using a different drive geometry (255h 63s).This serious problem can lead to data loss . No partition manipulations should be made to this disk using this product or the operating system's products. You should back up the data on this disk, delete all partitions ,create new partitions under the new drive geometry, and then restore your data using the backup.”
进入PowerQuest后这第二块硬盘显示bad。Fn+F9 结束不了这第二块硬盘。

关机拔出slim和硬盘开机后插入打开PowerQuest 无错误提示进入后新硬盘显示正常。
我的电脑右键-存储-磁盘管理显示新硬盘正常。Fn+F9 可以正常结束第二块硬盘。

但是大约3小时后，Fn+F9又结束不了这第二块硬盘，打开 PowerQuest开始界面又有相同的错误提示!
进入PowerQuest后这第二块硬盘显示bad。Fn+F9 结束不了这第二块硬盘。

照着PQ的提示做：用PowerQuest格式化这第二块硬盘，重新分区，一会后提示操作错误。又到我的电脑-相应盘符右键格式化，提示失败!

有谁遇到过相似情况吗？估计是哪里的问题？怎么修复这个错误呢？
