Large room (11' x 13')available in furnished, truly beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Stainless steel appliances, large common area, big kitchen, exposed brick, lots of sun, big bathroom, fireplace. Close to 1, B, C subways and many buses. Quick commute to city college, columbia, manhattan school of music, etc. Shares/couples okay as long as you are drama free! No pets (as there are 2 cats already) and no drugs/smoking.
I am looking for someone who is ACTUALLY clean, not supposedly clean. For example, you wash dishes after use, wipe up spills, throw garbage into garbage can, etc. I am laid back on just about everything, but cleanliness is mandatory! (You would be surprised how many people claim they are clean when they are truly disgusting!)
About me: I am a female professional classical musician, very chill, drama free, like to hang out, but also like alone time. I won't hassle you to say hi if you just got home from work and are really tired. I'll also be game to split a bottle of wine on occasion and just sit around to make conversation. I don't watch much TV, but enjoy the occasional movie. I respect my living space and keep it tidy. My working hours are late afternoon to early evening, and prefer to live with someone who has a regular 9-5 or something similar, as it will allow both of us more privacy. I do practice at home, but if your work schedule is as specified, there will probably be no conflict, as I try to practice during the day.
