最近据媒体报道，珠江三角洲地区许多工人因工厂关闭，聚集在火车站及周边地区等候回家。大量无业流动人员聚集可能带来一些对城市及公司周边环境的一些负面影响。科技园近期也发生外来人员尾随进入办公室盗窃员工财物的案件。为了加强安全管理，物业加强了巡逻及盘查。公司在此提醒大家要格外小心，提高警惕，增加防范意识，以确保自身安全及公司财产安全。

1进入公司时主动出示员工卡并注意防止尾随，遇到未带任何公司标示的人员要制止
2在办公室内锁好笔记本电脑，公司机密资料，以及个人财物
3外出时，请尽量使自己低调一些，不要佩带您的员工卡，尽可能的结伴同行
4若非必要，避免携带过多的现金和贵重物品。避免在不安全的钟点独自在街上行走
5当街上有陌生人试图接近您时，包括地摊小贩和行乞者以及宣传单派送人员，请尽量避开行走，不要停留或驻足聊天
6离家或夜晚休息时锁好门窗，个人贵重物品锁好，建议用密码锁锁好笔记本电脑
7驾车上下班锁好门窗，不轻易的开车门，不在车上存放笔记本电脑或其他个人贵重物品
8当您遭受攻击时，请勿与罪犯抵抗。放弃您的贵重物品，须知您的钱财远不及您的生命来得重要

The large number of jobless workers heading inland hometown crowded around the railway stations, posing potential threat to the city's security.

To enhance the security control, the property management has arranged more strict visitor checking and patrol. The Company would like to remind you to be more careful and enhance the security sense so as to protect your personal safety and the Company's assets.

1. Display your badge when entering the office. Avoid tailgating and challenge those without badge.
2. Secure the ThinkPad, confidential information and your personal belongings.
3. Keep a low profile when going out. Do not wear your IBM badge in the street. Whenever possible, go with a group.
4. Avoid carrying any more cash or valuable assets than you absolutely need. And avoid going out alone too early or too late.
5. Do not stop or talk if you are approached on the street by strangers, including street vendors and beggars.
6. Before you sleep or leave your apartment, make sure your door and windows are properly locked. Secure your personal belongings and secure the ThinkPad with combination lock.
7. Keep the doors locked and windows rolled up when you drive. Do not open the doors easily. Do not leave your valuables and your Thinkpad on the car.
8. If you are confronted, don't fight back. Give up your valuables. Your money and valuables can be replaced but you cannot.
