用了一年多的宽带电话,昨天受到email 说技术问题暂时不能用,给了个网址教怎么恢复,今天又来了一个email,这态度真是好啊,不接着用下去都觉得对不起人家。
哪会中国电信能这样那才算和国际接轨。

As a follow-up to our email message from February 6, 2007, our systems are indicating that your TalkBroadband service may still not be functioning.
If you are still having problems, please visit https://mytbb.primus.ca/dlink.html for new, visual step-by-step fix instructions that were just updated late this afternoon. We know many customers have been able to restore their service with the instructions provided yesterday, however we have been able to refine & shorten the process required for restoral, so we have incorporated them on the above link to better assist all customers.
If you need further assistance, you can contact our Technical Support at 1 800 370-0015. Please note that due to the recent issue, the expected wait-time is considerably longer than usual.
Attention Greater Toronto area users: If you would prefer, you can have your D-Link gateway updated with the current firmware at our office from 8AM to 9PM, today thru to Friday Feb. 9 inclusive. This update takes only a few minutes. Our office is located at 5343 Dundas St. West, Suite 107 (ground floor), Toronto M9B 6K5 (Dundas St. W. and Kipling area). Parking is available underneath the building on level P1. Any customers bringing in their gateway for a direct update will be provided with a $10 Tim Horton’s gift certificate.
