8510w，hdmi外接显示器上1920*1200

显示器是u2410，原来一直走vga，今天想试试hdmi到底能不能上，但不是hdmi到hdmi，用的转换线，笔记本接hdmi，显示器接的是dvi口，线的dvi头不是dual。

原来以为显示器只能设成1920*1080了，但没有任何问题，显示好像还更稳定了。

我在想，如果接个更高分辨率的显示器是不是也行呢？

还是说不明白分辨率为什么能达到1920*1200的问题，既然能超过1920*1080，是不是还能更高。

因为: DVI(PC显示规范)=1920*1200; 而HDMI(消费家电规范)=1920*1080

那是不是用转换线，笔记本接hdmi，外接显示器接d-dvi就能达到2560*1600以上了？我的意思就是说既然hdmi输出的标准是1920*1080，那么显示器接收到的也应该是这样的啊。
